Nursing as we all know is the noble profession within all health care sectors primarily focused on the overall care of humans and animals to attain, maintain, or recover to better health quality of prolonged life. They help in various fields of operation commonly found in sections like hospital, clinic, labs, research, education Etc. Nurses build their plan of care, working collaboratively with doctors, physicians, therapists, the patient, the patient's family and other members related to health care that focuses on treating illness to improve health quality of life. In advanced practice nurses, such as clinical nurse specialists and nurse practitioners, diagnose health problems and prescribe medications and other therapies, depending on individual nation regulations. Nurses coordinate other members of a multidisciplinary health care team such as therapists, medical practitioners and dietitians. They provide care both interdependently with physicians, and independently as nursing professionals.
